You have decided to spend your holidays in Thuringia. And we want you to experience Thuringia too! Literally with all senses. Besides the Thuringian Forest, the automobile and Wartburg city of Eisenach, Goethe and Schiller in Weimar, the hospitality of the Thuringians and their good cuisine is widely known. We will try to show you what Thuringia has to offer in terms of regional cuisine at breakfast. It is very important to us that you get to know our regional products. This already starts with apple juice, which is produced by a small cider factory in the region, exclusively from Thuringia’s orchards. Whoever knows how few such natural meadows still exist, also knows how special the juice must be. Our product variety goes further than sausage products, which we mostly buy from regional butchers who have been doing their trade for many decades. Cheese, wine, eggs, butter, homemade jams from grandma’s garden,- just let us surprise you. When we decided to run a hotel, we set ourselves a goal: To offer you a service that we personally expect in return when we go on holiday. We are happy when you come to stay with us and if you do so with regret on the day of departure, we know that everything has worked out and you will come back. That is always our goal!
